Payment issues

Troubleshooting declined transactions and billing updates.

  • Declined Payments: Verify that your card hasn't expired and that the billing address matches what your bank has on file.

  • Update Billing Info: You can update your credit card or PayPal details under Settings > Billing.

  • Double Charges: If you see a pending duplicate charge, it is often a "temporary authorization hold" by your bank and will disappear within 3–5 business days.

  • Supported Methods: We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
